Refund Policy

At Vending Central, we strive to provide reliable vending machine services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Refund Eligibility

If a payment is successfully made but the product is not dispensed due to a machine error or technical issue, the customer may request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction and provide the following details:

  • Transaction date and time
  • Payment method used
  • Machine location (if known)
  • Transaction reference number (if available)

Refund Processing

Once the request is verified, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided if the transaction was completed successfully and the product was dispensed correctly.
